I live in Alberta, Canada, and in the winter it gets mighty cold. Right now it is -23. I want to train our puppy to go outside, but I think this is to cold. If I wait until the spring will that be to late to train him to start going outside? He will only be about 8 months old at that time. I am currently trying to housebreak him, he pees on the paper sometimes but still has his accidents.

Can someone let me know what is a good temperature to take him outside it? what is too cold and what would be alright, I would like him to get used to the snow and stuff, for when it is a little bit warmer, just so that he isn't scared of it.
