Wow, I wish we'd get that kind of snow. We haven't had any in a while. Someone else suggested trying a spray conditioner on their hair to see if that would stop it from clinging. Seems like a long shot, but worth a try.
It's only bad on cottony-coated Eddie. We just plot him in the bathtub when he comes in with clumps. It's much faster than trying to blow dry them out.
