I can't believe some people.
Actually, when I started doing my homework on Yorkshire Terriers, before deciding to purchase one, I found out that the most desired Yorkies weigh between 4 and 7 pounds. The so-called "teacups" (not such a thing) were usually referred to as "health problem" prone. Some breeders try to use extra small Yorkies (many with health issues) in their breeding stock, passing on the health problem issues to the litter. This is not saying that all little furkid Yorkies under 4 lbs are unhealthy, but many have been bred to the extreme, and there are A LOT of health issues!! This info may have ruffled her feathers a bit!
It is so sad that people can be ignorant. Worse.... she obviously don't know that much about the breed ...... 2 lbs... spaying..... TOO RISKY if it was my little furbaby! I hope that it does OK..... poor little thing with an ignorant owner!
