The puppy canines at the bottom are the ones on the outside and have a hook on them..the top ones are behind the adult canines and have a hook.
If the bottom teeth were doubled the remaining tooth will be out of place and slightly toward the tongue..but will move back to the proper place...let hope it was a baby tooth until the vet can double check.
