The ribs were probably the start of the problem - she was suffering from pancreatitis. Chicken (white meat no skin) and rice would be a good diet for now, but her regular diet needs to be a high quality dry (preferably) or canned with no corn, meat as the first ingredient and no meat by products.

Her pancreas could still be inflamed and she might need to be taken off of all foods and put on ivs until it heals. It could also be that she does have parvo and the ribs were just a coincidence. Even vaccinated dogs can get parvo.

I know you've learned your lesson about the harm just a bit of people food can cause (pork ribs is probably one of the most dangerous). Hope others can learn from you and only give dog food to their babies. White rice and chicken is good and safe for digestional upsets, but will lead to nutritional deficiencies if that is all that is fed on a regular basis.
