Hey I forgot to mention. If you are sleeping more that 8 hours a day that will make you feel worse. try to only sleep 8 hours. Also if you don't want to take meds for depression go to a heath store and look for st johns wort or b 12 they will both make you feel better. I hope you are doing better.
