Please see a vet ASAP. Puking and pooping blood is not good. I don't claim to know the cause, but it sounds potentially serious to me.
And please ask your vet about her diet. Boiled chicken every day sounds like it could be too high in protein while not providing enough nutrients. Again, I'm no expert, but your vet is.
