When I took Rebel and Lucy in the backyard for their last trip outside tonight Rebel followed Lucy to the back side of the yard and fell in the goldfish pond that I'm having installed! It is full of water because of heavy rain. It's cold here and I got him inside and in a warm tub of water for a quick bath and then blew him dry.

He was very cold and trembled for quite a while. I kept him wrapped in a fleece baby blanket that came straight from the dryer and was still warm. I kept him wrapped up and close to me for about an hour. He fell asleep and I put him in his bed still wrapped up.

I'm worried that he may catch a cold or worse from this experience. He seemed OK when I put him down and I've check on him several times, but I'm still worried.

Do I need to do anything else that anyone can think of?
