I have had horrible nightmares too. I believe that my dreams are a direct reflection of what I read, see, or my worst fears not of any sort of reality or prediction of whats to come. We all have bad dreams or good ones. I dreamt I married a famous NFL player LOL and yes he played on the Steelers and it was Sunday night after watching football all day
I have also dreamt that my Mom was still alive and woke up with tears in my eyes. Sorry you feel bad but don't worry about it you are not a bad person, and you are definetly not alone.
