My yorkie is now 9 weeks old. I put him in his crate at bed time, and within 2 hours he is whining. I take him to the bathroom and put him immediately back in the crate. Two hours later, whining again. Doesn't always use the bathroom when he whines. I tried something last night (good idea/bad idea - not sure!)...at 1:30am, I put him in the bed with me, and whatdya know??? He didn't budge until 7:30am!! Is he just trying to get attention in the middle of the night? Should I take him once and then let him whine a little more the second time until he goes back to sleep? Any ideas would be great!!
