How about offering to provide shelter for the mama and pups in your home for the winter? Explain to them that small dogs don't have enough body heat to survive the winter outside, and that Yorkies don't have an undercoat to keep them warm like most dogs do. Maybe they don't know that. I would nicely explain to them why it's bad for these babies to be outside and say that you would be happy to take them into your home for the winter if they don't have room in their house. And after having them in your home for so long, maybe they will let you keep her. |
