I have never had two puppies at once, so I'm no help there, but I have a maltese, and there really isn't any difference in their care. Some malts have hair that's more difficult to manage than a Yorkie does, so make sure to brush and comb every day. Also, since Malts' ears fold over, they tend to have more ear problems. Just make sure the inside of the ears are clean and dry.
