Congratulations!
I know the answer to get them to know their own names. You need to have separate training sessions for each of them using their names and have the other one watching in a crate/pen. So start with training one and have the other watch; use lots of commands like "Dog Name One, sit" and so on...and then put the first dog in the crate to watch and the second one to repeat with the training. By spending individual training time with you and watching their other friend in training, you will give them a chance to let them build their own identity (and learn their own name in the same time) and you will also be able to find out more about their individual character.
