Well, if you're sure it's nothing medical, I would just let her cry in the crate a few nights. She is old enough to make through the night. I say all this because I just got my year old (next week) back in his crate at night, too, cause he would pee on the floor at night and wake us up early. The first night he cried & barked for while. The next week or so he would wake me up at 4am and I would get up and take him potty. Then the dog trainer told me that he could easily make it to at least 6. So I "shushed" him at the 4ams and the last few days, he has slept to about 5:30 to 6!
I know it's hard to ignore them, but it helps to know that they really can make it through the night at this age. Good luck
