hummmmmm Wonder if age has anything to do with it.
I know that I have not had more than 10 this week per day......seems I remember that you HAVE to have 20 or you won't loose.
I eat for....
Breakfast 1 egg, 1 piece of sausage
Lunch beef patty, salad diet coke
dinner.....chicken, salad with ham, salad dressing italian.
snack, almonds.....sometimes.....
But, it may be the water thing.....I do not drink a lot.....I remember reading in the book that I am "metabolic resistant". Because I do not loose fast....
As far as how much I need to loose......lets just say.....I am 5'8.....and would love to be a size 10. Which I am not....more like a 14+. ...yuck! |
