Default Here's the update...

I met with the principal, and he listened to everything I said, and was taking notes... even stopped me to make sure he got it all... He had a meeting with the head of the fire and rescue right after me to talk to people out side of the school system and find as much out as he could. I saw the chef of fire and rescue witing when I left...

The principal told me he would be talking to my daughter and to the gym teachers and the other people involved... He was not happy. He even said why not be on the side of caution. He would rather call rescue and have them say theres no emergency then to have one arise because of waiting...

I am not planning legal action. My daughter is doing great today and we see the doctor to day after school. If she had lasting effects from this I would be looking into legal action but that is not necessary. I think the nurse is in trouble, and she is a nice PERSON but nutty when it comes to making decissions. I feel bad for her, we all make mistakes but when it comes to the well being and health of childen there is a responsibility to do what is right and she kinda blew it! I hope she learns from this... I wouldn't want to be her!

Thanks for all your concern, it feels good to vent a little and have others agree with you! Your all so great to talk with!
