My pup went through a luxating patella surgery a few months ago and his leg is still not perfect, there's still a click but he is much better than he was before.
Back to Jack...he is such a soldier and he is so lucky to have a daddy like you. It is very kind of you not to accept donations. You and your family have such a big heart.
KUDOS to you and Jack!!
Again, the card is just wonderful!! The doc will truely appreciate it. |
Wow, my head just exploded from getting all those compliments at one time. Thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks! Did I get them all? LOL.
Jack's surgery was a miracle. The vet told me in advance that he would probably need 6 months of physical therapy and warm baths to recover fully, but he was practically 100 percent at his 1-month checkup. The vet told me he didn't need physical therapy. And he hasn't favored the leg since.
I should knock on wood because it's just two wires holding his knee together!
Thanks again! Oh, and as much as I TRIED not to accept donations, sneaky YTers sent Jack a care package that included a check for $125. I accepted it on condition that he is now partly owned by all YTers!
Good luck on your pup's recovery!
