Not to worry. They only get shaved ham rarely and an extremely SMALL portion. As far as the roast goes...it is lean, lean , lean..and I hand pick out ANY fat i see as I am picky as well. They do get white chicken breast with veggies more than roast. Thanks for your comment. |
