Tatum's used to stay up all day and night, getting recombed and fixed every few days BUT then along came Stormie, her Australian Shepherd sister. They way those two play, I noticed that the hair at the base of the topknot started breaking. I now leave it down all the time unless we dress up for something special but it's not growing out very quickly at all! Her's is just too silky and/or fragile to leave up I guess.
