 Wee Wee Pad Training Help PLEASE.
Hi Guys, I have three Yorkies on the bigger side that are all potty trained to go outside to potty. I recently (two weeks ago) aquired a Morkie (Yorkie/Maltese Mix). She is eight months old and was trained to go on wee wee pads. When she first arrived she seemed pretty good but lately she's been doing it on the pad but also peeing and pooping off the pad around the house. I have never wee wee pad trained but she is very small (Only 3.4 pounds) and I thing that it would be advantageous to train her to use the wee wee pad rather than potty outside with the bigger Yorkies. I say this because the cold weather is here and I'm afraid at her small size that the cold and rain will get her sick. I have been taking her out with the other Yorkies on the nice days but they are far between. Any help on properly and successfully wee wee pad training or any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Elaine |
