I agree. For example lets say your giving someone a free tv(not that a tv is better than a yorkie) and they ask you to sign a paper saying all the channels work.
Your giving it away all the channels don't have to work.
Its pretty much like your adopting a yorkie. You can't hold them accountable if she becomes sick.
