I have question for you all when you are rehoming a new pup is ok to ask the old owner to sign a paper stating that the dog is in good health. Or do you think it will offend the old owner offering the pup, just asking because im sure the person taking the pup in would want to know and with all the stories i have heard on here you cant just go by word of mouth.
