This was a good thread. I was wondering that myself. I feed my dogs twice a day but they always have food available. They are very picky eaters so I think I will continue to add cottage cheese to their morning meal and feed them again in the evening. I will no longer make food available because my male doesn't eat it and my female is getting chubby!
