I am so very sorry you are facing these trials and tribulations with your new Yorkie daughter. I don't have any advice, other than gather all the information you can about what you are dealing with then let your brain talk to your heart. Only you can make the decisions you must face.

Although the tapeworm issue is just another "strike against" the breeder, tapeworms can be resolved fairly easily .....

I agree with Margaret, the baby teeth can be removed, she can be spayed and the hernia can be fixed at the same time ---

I don't have much experience with lp -- some vets want to jump right in and do expensive surgery -- other vets take a more conservative approach and do surgery when the lp interferes with the dog's mobility and quality of life.
