If you are going to have her spayed regardless, I would think you should repair the hernia and pull the teeth at the same time. Then your little cutie pie would only have to endure one surgery. Give her some hard chew toys like bully sticks so maybe her teeth will fall out.
My Jack had double canines when we got him already neutered. He needed to have them removed because his breath was soooo bad. Had planned on the surgery and double checked his mouth and they had fallen out.
What a hard decisiion you have to make. I am a softie so I would probably not be able to return her. You came here with your story so we will give you lots of suggestions to make it work for you.
