My sister had a breast reduction surgery done when she was 16
It was very critical though. She was injuring her back(she still has some pain from the injuries uptil now and she's 25) and hurting her spine, she couldn't walk a lot or run without being in constant pain. She was a size 8 in clothing and a 38 triple E and that was her bra minimizer size
After the surgery she was in pain for about a week and couldn't move much, but after then she was fine. Also, her scars were very thin and lightened up every year. Having a large chest runs in my family, we call it the big boobie curse
