That sounded kinda harsh, now that I read it again. I'm sorry. I just lost my Starr due in part to a vet that didn't know enough about toy breeds. It's a touchy topic for me. But in all seriousness, if this vet won't listen to your concerns and see your baby right away, it could prove disastrous for him. I really hope that it's nothing serious at all, but you won't really know unless a vet looks at him. Make sure that you take a stool sample with you when you go to the vets so that they can test it.
Again, sorry if my original post sounded so blunt, I really didn't mean to be that way :O
