Yep, the whole breeding thing scares me to death, too! I thought about it briefly with Starr, but decided against it after doing some research and had her spayed at 7 months. Now I almost wish I had one of puppies, since she's gone now
But I didn't want to risk her life, and I have ZERO experience with breeding, so I made the right decision. It's not even in the equation with Luna, as she was diagnosed with LP. Not that I was even considering breeding her, but if I were ever to breed, you can be 100% sure that the dam would be the healthiest and to-standard specimen on Earth, lol!
