I dont see anyone assuming anything about you in the previous posts. It is well known that Christmas day is a busy day for most people, with or without children, family dinners and such and Christmas day is just not the ideal day for MOST people to have a brand new puppy at home. Kids or no kids Christmas day is hectic for most families. And also 6 weeks old leaving the mother?? That is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too young no matter what the circumstances?? Do people here pretend to know everything...NO...seems like common sense and common knowledge to me!!
