My daugther and I stood behind the glass window at the petsmart in Winston Salem this past summer and observed a girl grooming a maltese. The girl clearly had no clue what she was doing. We watched her try to apply a bow to this poor dog's top knot and she pulled the hair so tight that the dog's eyes moved up about a half inch on it's head. At that point we knocked on the glass to try to get her to come to the door to tell her she had the band in too tight. She IGNORED us! We walked over to the vet counter beside the grooming area and spoke to someone there about it. What happened after we left is a mystery.
