I know that was so traumatic for both of you. Years ago, I took my Persian cat to a PetSmart in Clear Lake to be groomed and they almost skinned her. I thought I would die. She was so miserable and I felt awful. I was in tears. They didn't offer not to charge me but said I could bring her back for a free grooming. Yeah, right!
