Question turkey day food

I was just thinking about my shopping list for thanksgiving... and how much I wished I had a big group of friends to swap favorite holiday recipes with. Then I realized that I do, lol

So what's your favorite holiday dish (and the how to's)?
I always make cheesecake.

4 blocks of cream cheese (regular size, I think 8oz each?)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of sugar
2 graham cracker crusts
(fruit pie filling, cool whip, etc optional as a topping)

Let cream cheese stand at room temp until soft
blend with eggs until there are very few lumps
add vanilla and sugar while the blender is still on
I always blend for almost 5min, it seems to make it creamier

pour into pie crusts, bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven
for about 45min or until the top starts to brown.
