Help I just got my first yorkie and she is very sick the vet says worms but I don't think so. She is very small and her blood sugars drop and her eyes go funny I have a very hard time getting her to eat. She always wants to sleep, she has diarrhea and at night spasms/seizure type movements. Please help I don't want to loose her.
