I realize you are out of school for the summer but soon you will be going back wont you? I posed several important questions to you and this is the only one you responded too. If your parentsare ready for the yorkie then you should by all means get him. But just because you have wanted one for three years isn't enough. I know you said you have read all about them but in reality they live and breathe 24 hours a day 7 days a week and some one has be there most of that time. You are very young and in 2 - 3 years I bet you may possibly have other interests.
