Not sure if you took her to the vet yet...Buster kinda had something like what you are explaining. The Vet called it "Cherry Eye" which is a clogged tear duct. They gave me a little tube if ointment and told me to apply it 3x a day in the corner if the eye that is inflamed...he just loves that
It has been about 3 weeks and the Vet said that it probably wont go away w/out surgery
It doesnt bother him from what I can tell bc he doesnt mess with it. Let me know about your little girl. Hope she is ok
