Now with that said... i know it is an addiction ... but you already have gotten over the HUMP... Don't blow it! Find youself other ways to cut the craving for food. I know you might not even realize that when you would usually be picking up a cigarette... you are now automatically picking up a snack. KEEP A BOTTLE OF FLAVORED WATER IN EVERY ROOM. Anytime yuo think you want a snack , just tell yourself yous are not hungry( I actually say this OUTLOUD) and take a swig of water. I have bottles in everyroom and even in my car... believe me it helps and because it is flavored I feel like I had somethign instead of flat plain water. DO NOT get carbonated water or you will bloat... get regular flavored  |
Apparently you have never been addicted to anything, bc its easier said then done. I am a smoker and I hate it, I know that I smell, I know that my teeth are turning yellow, and I know that Im slowly killing myself but its so hard to quit! Its all I think about cigs, cigs, and more cigs. Its a terrible addiction that I wish that I would have never picked up but I did.
Keep up the good work Gina, if you need anything please let me know. I would be more then willing to help you get through this!
