 Yorkie with broken pelvis
Hello I am new to this forum. I am adopting a yorkie from a local shelter that I work at. He was found with a broken pelvis. The vet said he needs crate rest for up to 6 weeks. I am worried about carrying him and he needs a bath but I am afraid I will hurt him. He does not act like he is in pain, but sometimes walks with his rearend up in the air. Has anyone here had a yorkie with a broken pelvis? Any information you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
