I think it's just a deal for new tenants or tenants who are looking to switch to something a little cheaper in price. I don't think it's a "you have to go with them or you get nothing" kind of thing.
The rental agent and an office person there use both phone/internet service from FCI and have said they haven't had any problems with it.
Interesting comment about the intercom dilema you have. I think I'll look into that with our building. |
