I smoke and everyday i smoke , i hate it, but its very addicting, you are doing great just by stopping ..... just relax and take one day at a time .. i know its easier said then done, and just try to eat healthy things when you eat, and try to walk, yoga, workout, whatever is best for you , But take my word on it, i admire you for stopping .... i just lost my father a few months ago from Lung cancer, he was a smoker, everyday i smoke a cig, i feel guilty, i wish you the best ...... Truly .... i know its frustrating to see you have gained weight ..... but thats better then alot of things that could happen to you ...keep your head up ...... be strong ...
