The hardest part about taking care of him was going up and down the front porch steps. My kids or husband took him out most of the time for that reason. I was the one who got up with him in the middle of the night and I was alway afraid I would drop him going on the steps. Other than that, he was so tiny that it was easy to care for him. He was the best thing in the world for me because he would jump in my lap when I sat down and I'd just pet him and cuddle. He made me forget about myself and my problems and concentrate on him. I'd highly recommend one as company for your Dad. But be careful, he may not want to give him back at the end of the day!!! |
