oh my goodness you guys are hysterical!!! No one will agree on this subject...However, I do believe that for the first time we had a SURPLUS in washington when Clinton was in office, don't care who the hell he slept with as long as my tax dollars were being used to benefit ME and not all the business!!! GOOO DEMOCRATS!!! I'm sooo excited, this country needs a change!!!
