When they are that small, gaining or losing a few ounces on their tiny frame makes a big difference on them. Are her ribcage bones more prominent then they should be? If she seems to feel ok, I wouldn't worry about it right now. I would monitor her and if she loses more and you can feel her bones on her ribcage more evidently, then take her in. When Gizmo came he was 2 1/2 pounds and he looked healthy at that weight but he has put on a 1/2 pound since then, his isn't fat but I do feel a little layer of meat on his bones that wasn't there before. If he gains anymore it wouldn't be good for his frame either.
