It has just been bizarre!
As far as I know Tigers Mom & I are the only ones on the East side of the state. There has been just some minor flooding, but nothing compared to what you guys are going through.
I actually saw on GMA this AM a horse in Sutlan that took refuge on the front porch of a house. The only place left that was not flooded
My daughter just came home and the Wenatchee River(eventually flows into the Columbia) is now over it banks in areas. Last time that happened it took the cows from one of the farms and dumped them into the Columbia River. They were trying to get them out before they got to the dam.
