now we have floods in some low-land areas, families have had to be evacuated. I'm hoping the weather will calm down for us soon. A few days ago, we had such high winds in our area - just as my husband and I said, we need to put the patio umbrella away...the wind swept up the umbrella, taking the glass from the table and it shattered all over the deck. I'm just thankful we still have power and we're located on top of a hill - so the floods aren't affecting us. Our prayers go out to those who are affected by the floods...stay safe.
