It is so true...they are sooooooo stubborn!!! Oh and they are DEFINITELY the boss of us. This morning i was leaving for work and she knows that its time to go in her playpen. Well, when i tell u she went flying like a greyhound around the house and I could not catch her for the life of me. Of course I was mad at first, but then just thinking about what it must look like to have this 3 lb thing giving me a run for my money was hysterical. I finally caught her, but i have to laugh everytime i see her running....is it me or dont they look so funny?? (and adorable of course) They are so unbelievably smart....last night my mother had forgotten to put a wee wee pad down in Dolce's usual spot in the living room....so she looked, saw it wasnt there and made a mad dash for the family room where her other one is located. Did her business and she was gone.
Oh and yes apples work WONDERS!!! Of course I dont give her too much at one time, wouldnt want her little stomach to get upset....but she absolutely LOVES them. You are so right about the treats putting a hole in the pocket..plus when she's very picky as it is, I wind up wasting money most of the time because she doesnt like them. Try the apples, Kady might take a liking to them, and let me know....
