Westies are on the smaller side, however, they pack a powerful punch without even trying to. One that is aggressive could cause a lot of damage to a fragile Yorkie pup. I remember saying this before your friend took the pup. Obedience classes are a great idea. However, a Westie tends to use their front paws a lot to get what they want....even a very well behaved, sweet one can accidently put a hurting on a Yorkie pup (or adult). Don't get me wrong, I LOVE WESTIES. Your friend is in quite a perdicament...I'm sure she loves them both tremendously.
