I posted in the grooming section but no one has answered and I want an answer.

If you use a grooming table with noose, (around neck and hind end) can the noose cause any problems with it being around the neck?
I don't want to cause a collapsed trachea and my pups tend to pull or try and lie down while being groomed.
Anyone have any experience or advice?
