I would wait until all vaccinations have been given, why take any chances. All the dogs in the class I believe have to have 2 sets. But what about the other dogs that are just in the store coughing & slobbering on the floor? Are they vaccinated? Four months isn't to old to start training. You can also start training yourself. I have seen wonderful web sites for free that get you started.
