I got Kayah one before i actually got her.. she did not like that thing at all.. she cried too.. your puppy is just scared of it's new surroundings, give it a few days.. maybe give it some pepto.. your puppy won't like it.. but trust me, it'll help(my vet's assistant also works with me (Walgreens pharmacy).. so anytime anything goes wrong I just ask her). We left Kayah in the kitchen.. which is right next to my room and she would still cry all night LOOONG. but, i left a couple of night lights on for her (I think she's scared of the dark) and she would cry for a little, then just relax and go to sleep. Also, try getting your puppy a really soft toy.. bigger than it. Your baby will just snuggle up to it. If anyone can tell me how to post pictures, i'll post one of the toy i got for Kayah
