I disagree, the lady was from an employment agency and is trying to find a job for you. It is her job to see that you make a good impression. A voice mail message like that would discourage a prospective employer just like you showing up for an interview dressed inappropriately or having your cell phone ring during the interview. If you want to be thought of as a mature adult you have to put out that message in everything you do.
